Milestones

Throughout the project we will encounter milestones in development where specific criteria of the project development have been met. At these points along the timeline we will pause the project for review to ensure that you are kept up to date on how your project development is progressing. Any change requests or problems encountered during the course of the project are resolved at this time:

• Review the project status.
• Resolve any issues arising.
• Continue to build the project.

When all Milestones have been met, we will have reached the end of the project scope and will be ready for the next stage of the LifeCycle.
